( how we work )

Establish the right management arrangement.

( step 1 )

Review the property

Discuss the property, occupancy, condition, and existing arrangements.

( step 2 )

Identify the support needed

Agree which responsibilities need ongoing attention.

( step 3 )

Confirm scope and authority

Document services, fees, approval limits, reporting, and escalation arrangements.

( step 4 )

Organise the handover

Collect the information, contacts, and access arrangements needed for the appointment.

( step 5 )

Manage and review

Carry out the agreed scope and review it as the property’s needs change.

( scope clarity )

A clear agreement protects the working relationship.

Before an appointment begins, establish:

  • Who will deliver the service
  • Which property and responsibilities are covered
  • How maintenance approvals and expenditure are handled
  • What updates the owner will receive
  • How urgent issues are escalated
  • What falls outside the appointment

( faq )

Frequently asked questions.

Tenant sourcing may be arranged separately or included in a wider appointment. Confirm the leasing and management responsibilities before proceeding.

Yes. Share the location and your requirements so coverage and communication arrangements can be assessed.

Do not assume they are included. Management fees, contractor charges, materials, and other expenses should be clearly distinguished in the agreement.

Availability, response arrangements, emergency contacts, and spending authority must be agreed in advance. Do not assume a round-the-clock service unless it is expressly included.

Individual-property support and building or strata management require different scopes and professional arrangements. Specify your property type so the appropriate service can be confirmed.
